Finding REST in Jesus - Live Soaking Ambient Music for Sleep, Prayer & Meditation

Welcome to our live-streamed session of Cinematic Soaking Worship, where we blend live prayer, meditation, focus and study music. Today's session focuses on the theme from the book of Matthew in the Bible: Chapter 11 & verses 28-30. Jesus says, "Come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Almost every day, we get to the place where we are tired, weary & may often feel burdened too. 

We love that promise that we can go to God in prayer and He will give us rest as we mindfully give him our burdens & worries… We can practice the act of giving Him our worries and  actively trusting Him - even in the unknown, even in the pain of so much suffering around us. We can rest in the promise that He is good & that there is hope in Him - even beyond this life. 

As we 'come to Him' we can allow His Spirit to fill our hearts and minds with His peace - His. peace that even that goes far beyond our own understanding. What a gift!
